General Definitions

In this document, "Platform" refers to the 999tt website and all associated services. "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses this platform or operates an account. "999tt" refers to the company that operates this platform.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or playing any game, you agree to these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Promotional Terms

Any promotional offer from 999tt is provided under specific terms and conditions. General rules:

• Each promotion will have its own specific terms, which will be described alongside the offer.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — withdrawal is only available once wagering is complete.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

Three-Tier VIP Benefits

The 999tt platform's VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Based on gaming activity and loyalty to the platform, a member may progressively move up to a higher tier. The cashback amount will be determined at 999tt's discretion and will be credited to the account on a weekly basis. 999tt reserves the right to modify VIP benefits unilaterally.

Consequences of Violations

In the event of a breach of any of the above terms, 999tt reserves the right to take the following actions:

• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account.
• Balance forfeiture (if fraudulent activity is proven).
• Disclosure of information to relevant authorities.
• Legal action on behalf of other affected users.

All content on the 999tt platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and related materials — is the property of or licensed to 999tt.

• Copying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without written permission from 999tt is prohibited.
• Game software is the property of the respective game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe).
• Analysing or reverse-engineering the platform's technical infrastructure is prohibited.

Account Closure

Users can request to close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. 999tt also reserves the right to terminate an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.

• The relevant sections of these terms and conditions will remain in effect even after the account is closed.
• Valid balances will be refunded in cases other than fraudulent activity.
